As our Remote Chat Agents Work From Home – Full-Time 4-Day Workweek ($$30-$38/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect). Typical conversation flows involve helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks, as well as scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Assist clients accurately with helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Carefully review customer details and resolving video lecture playback issues and certificate download requests.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as answering prospective student inquiries about tuition financing and curriculum duration.

Requirements & Technical Equipment

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.

• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.

Salary, Hours & Benefits
