As our Fintech & Digital Banking Associate – Chat Agents Work From Home | Beginners Welcome, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Zendesk Enterprise, SecureVault Chat, and Jira Service Management). Typical conversation flows involve helping account holders verify pending card transactions and international transfers, as well as assisting users with virtual card issuance, PIN resets, and digital wallet syncing. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Carefully review customer details and providing step-by-step guidance on direct deposit setup and balance transfers.
• Assist clients accurately with helping account holders verify pending card transactions and international transfers.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with virtual card issuance, PIN resets, and digital wallet syncing.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.

Requirements & Technical Equipment

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.

At SwiftPay Digital, we are committed to providing top-of-market hourly wages alongside sustainable work-life balance. Your compensation starts at $27.50 - $36.50 / hr with guaranteed weekly direct deposit every Friday morning.
