As our Chat Agents Work From Home – Home Services & Contractor Dispatch | No Experience Needed, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Address common account and service questions, including messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web.
• Assist clients accurately with intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as providing estimates based on standard service menus and confirming booking deposits.
