As our Remote Chat Job – Evening Twilight Shift ($$28-$36/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts.
• Assist clients accurately with helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.

Salary, Hours & Benefits

Your hourly rate of $28.00 - $35.50 / hr is locked in from day one, including every hour of classroom training and live shadowing. We also offer performance bonuses, paid digital wellness days, and rapid advancement opportunities.
