As our Chat Jobs From Home (Daytime Flexible) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk). Typical conversation flows involve troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches, as well as assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Assist clients accurately with troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.

Candidate Profile & Skills

• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.

• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.

Salary, Hours & Benefits
