As our Chat Jobs Remote (Part-Time Flexible) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Carefully review customer details and answering pre-purchase inquiries regarding inventory availability and seasonal discounts.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts.
• Assist clients accurately with helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup
