As our Chat Jobs Remote (Night Shift) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Zendesk Enterprise, SecureVault Chat, and Jira Service Management). Typical conversation flows involve helping account holders verify pending card transactions and international transfers, as well as assisting users with virtual card issuance, PIN resets, and digital wallet syncing. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with virtual card issuance, PIN resets, and digital wallet syncing.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.

Compensation, Schedule & Perks

• Scheduled hours: Nightly 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM EST (Includes +$3/hr Night Differential) with opportunities for voluntary overtime during peak volumes.
