As our Chat Jobs Remote (Evening Shift) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk). Typical conversation flows involve troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches, as well as assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as helping gamers with virtual currency purchases, seasonal battle passes, and account linkings.

Candidate Profile & Skills

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.

Compensation Package & Shifts

We believe in treating remote team members with the highest respect. You will earn a competitive $28.00 - $35.50 / hr, accompanied by paid training hours, reliable weekly pay, and generous performance incentives.
