As our Remote Chat Jobs Remote – Part-Time Core Schedule ($$28-$37/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub). Typical conversation flows involve guiding new users through account setup, password resets, and workspace invites, as well as troubleshooting basic browser extension sync issues and desktop app settings. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Address common account and service questions, including troubleshooting basic browser extension sync issues and desktop app settings.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Carefully review customer details and escalating complex bug reports with clean repro steps to senior engineering tiers.

Compensation, Schedule & Perks
