As our Online Chat Jobs Remote – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$25-$35/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as providing estimates based on standard service menus and confirming booking deposits.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Carefully review customer details and following up with homeowners after project completion to record service ratings.

What You Need to Succeed

Compensation Package & Shifts

At DirectFix Network, we are committed to providing top-of-market hourly wages alongside sustainable work-life balance. Your compensation starts at $25.00 - $35.00 / hr with guaranteed weekly direct deposit every Friday morning.
