Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process standard transactions and requests such as assisting travelers with travel insurance claims and emergency weather rebooking.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using LiveChat Inc, Sabre Travel Network, and Front App.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Assist clients accurately with processing itinerary modifications, date changes, and room upgrade requests.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.

What You Need to Succeed

Compensation, Schedule & Perks
