As our Remote Chat Representative Jobs From Home – Weekend Priority Coverage ($$29-$37/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Address common account and service questions, including assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Assist clients accurately with helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as processing simple returns, store credits, and exchange requests via live chat.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup
