As our Chat Representative Jobs – Flexible Hours | No Degree Required, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (HIPAA-compliant web messaging, Salesforce Health Cloud, and Twilio Chat). Typical conversation flows involve guiding patients through secure video appointment check-ins and intake questionnaires, as well as confirming prescription delivery addresses and pharmacy dispatch notifications. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Assist clients accurately with guiding patients through secure video appointment check-ins and intake questionnaires.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Address common account and service questions, including confirming prescription delivery addresses and pharmacy dispatch notifications.

What You Need to Succeed

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.

Compensation Package & Shifts

Your hourly rate of $25.00 - $35.00 / hr is locked in from day one, including every hour of classroom training and live shadowing. We also offer performance bonuses, paid digital wellness days, and rapid advancement opportunities.
