As our Chat Representative Jobs (Evening Shift) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk). Typical conversation flows involve troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches, as well as assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Assist clients accurately with troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Carefully review customer details and moderating community chat channels to ensure compliance with community safety guidelines.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as helping gamers with virtual currency purchases, seasonal battle passes, and account linkings.

Candidate Profile & Skills

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.

Compensation, Schedule & Perks

Your hourly rate of $27.50 - $36.50 / hr is locked in from day one, including every hour of classroom training and live shadowing. We also offer performance bonuses, paid digital wellness days, and rapid advancement opportunities.
