As our Chat Representative Jobs (Night Shift) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Carefully review customer details and following up with homeowners after project completion to record service ratings.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web.
• Assist clients accurately with intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as providing estimates based on standard service menus and confirming booking deposits.

Candidate Profile & Skills

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.

Compensation Package & Shifts

Your hourly rate of $26.50 - $34.00 / hr is locked in from day one, including every hour of classroom training and live shadowing. We also offer performance bonuses, paid digital wellness days, and rapid advancement opportunities.

• Scheduled hours: Nightly 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM EST (Includes +$3/hr Night Differential) with opportunities for voluntary overtime during peak volumes.
