As our Chat Representative Work From Home – Fintech & Digital Banking | No Experience Needed, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Zendesk Enterprise, SecureVault Chat, and Jira Service Management). Typical conversation flows involve helping account holders verify pending card transactions and international transfers, as well as assisting users with virtual card issuance, PIN resets, and digital wallet syncing. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Carefully review customer details and providing step-by-step guidance on direct deposit setup and balance transfers.
• Assist clients accurately with helping account holders verify pending card transactions and international transfers.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Zendesk Enterprise, SecureVault Chat, and Jira Service Management.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.

Candidate Profile & Skills

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.

Compensation, Schedule & Perks
