As our Chat Representative Work From Home (Night Shift) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Carefully review customer details and following up with homeowners after project completion to record service ratings.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as providing estimates based on standard service menus and confirming booking deposits.

Requirements & Technical Equipment

• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.

• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.

Compensation Package & Shifts

At TrueService Connect, we are committed to providing top-of-market hourly wages alongside sustainable work-life balance. Your compensation starts at $26.50 - $34.00 / hr with guaranteed weekly direct deposit every Friday morning.
