As our Chat Support Job for Horizon Stay Group – Remote Support Role, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (LiveChat Inc, Sabre Travel Network, and Front App). Typical conversation flows involve processing itinerary modifications, date changes, and room upgrade requests, as well as messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as assisting travelers with travel insurance claims and emergency weather rebooking.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Assist clients accurately with processing itinerary modifications, date changes, and room upgrade requests.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
