As our Chat Support Jobs From Home (Daytime Flexible) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Carefully review customer details and answering pre-purchase inquiries regarding inventory availability and seasonal discounts.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as processing simple returns, store credits, and exchange requests via live chat.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat.

Requirements & Technical Equipment

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.

Salary, Hours & Benefits
