As our Online Chat Support Jobs From Home – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$28-$36/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect). Typical conversation flows involve helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks, as well as scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Address common account and service questions, including scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Assist clients accurately with helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.

What You Need to Succeed
