As our Chat Support Jobs From Home – Flexible Hours | No Degree Required, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect). Typical conversation flows involve helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks, as well as scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Address common account and service questions, including scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments.
• Assist clients accurately with helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as answering prospective student inquiries about tuition financing and curriculum duration.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect.
• Carefully review customer details and resolving video lecture playback issues and certificate download requests.

Candidate Profile & Skills

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.

Salary, Hours & Benefits
