As our Online Chat Support Jobs Remote – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$26-$34/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect). Typical conversation flows involve helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks, as well as scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect.
• Carefully review customer details and resolving video lecture playback issues and certificate download requests.
• Assist clients accurately with helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.

Candidate Profile & Skills
