As our Remote Chat Support Jobs Remote – Evening Twilight Shift ($$25-$32/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Gladly, Kustomer, and Zendesk Knowledge Base). Typical conversation flows involve walking customers through Wi-Fi pairing, firmware updates, and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as verifying serial numbers for 1-year limited warranty claims and replacement shipments. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully review customer details and providing troubleshooting tips for battery optimization and charging dock alignment.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Gladly, Kustomer, and Zendesk Knowledge Base.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as assisting users with companion smartphone app downloads and initial device configuration.
• Address common account and service questions, including verifying serial numbers for 1-year limited warranty claims and replacement shipments.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.

Compensation, Schedule & Perks
