As our Chat Support Jobs Remote (Night Shift) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk). Typical conversation flows involve troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches, as well as assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Carefully review customer details and moderating community chat channels to ensure compliance with community safety guidelines.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.

Requirements & Technical Equipment

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.

• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).

Compensation Package & Shifts

We believe in treating remote team members with the highest respect. You will earn a competitive $25.00 - $32.00 / hr, accompanied by paid training hours, reliable weekly pay, and generous performance incentives.
