As our Chat Support Jobs Work From Home (Night Shift) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk). Typical conversation flows involve troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches, as well as assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Carefully review customer details and moderating community chat channels to ensure compliance with community safety guidelines.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as helping gamers with virtual currency purchases, seasonal battle passes, and account linkings.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.

Candidate Profile & Skills

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.

Compensation Package & Shifts

We believe in treating remote team members with the highest respect. You will earn a competitive $25.00 - $32.00 / hr, accompanied by paid training hours, reliable weekly pay, and generous performance incentives.

• Scheduled hours: Nightly 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM EST (Includes +$3/hr Night Differential) with opportunities for voluntary overtime during peak volumes.
