As our Online Chat Support Jobs Work From Home – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$25-$35/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk). Typical conversation flows involve troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches, as well as assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Process standard transactions and requests such as helping gamers with virtual currency purchases, seasonal battle passes, and account linkings.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with family plan invites, device registration, and profile customization.
• Assist clients accurately with troubleshooting video buffering, app connection issues, and audio playback glitches.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Helpshift, Discord Support Bots, and Freshdesk.

Candidate Profile & Skills

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.
