As our Chat Work From Home – Flexible Hours | No Degree Required, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Zendesk Enterprise, SecureVault Chat, and Jira Service Management). Typical conversation flows involve helping account holders verify pending card transactions and international transfers, as well as assisting users with virtual card issuance, PIN resets, and digital wallet syncing. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with virtual card issuance, PIN resets, and digital wallet syncing.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Assist clients accurately with helping account holders verify pending card transactions and international transfers.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.

Compensation, Schedule & Perks
