As our Chat Work From Home (Full-Time 4-Day) – Work From Home Opportunity, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Assist clients accurately with intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments.

What You Need to Succeed

• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
