As our Online Chat Work From Home – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$26-$34/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (LiveChat Inc, Sabre Travel Network, and Front App). Typical conversation flows involve processing itinerary modifications, date changes, and room upgrade requests, as well as messaging guests with check-in instructions, gate change alerts, and keycode access. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• Carefully review customer details and answering questions about baggage allowances, pet policies, and cancellation waivers.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as assisting travelers with travel insurance claims and emergency weather rebooking.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using LiveChat Inc, Sabre Travel Network, and Front App.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.

Compensation Package & Shifts

Your hourly rate of $26.50 - $34.00 / hr is locked in from day one, including every hour of classroom training and live shadowing. We also offer performance bonuses, paid digital wellness days, and rapid advancement opportunities.
