Typical conversation flows involve walking customers through Wi-Fi pairing, firmware updates, and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as verifying serial numbers for 1-year limited warranty claims and replacement shipments. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as assisting users with companion smartphone app downloads and initial device configuration.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Gladly, Kustomer, and Zendesk Knowledge Base.
• Carefully review customer details and providing troubleshooting tips for battery optimization and charging dock alignment.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
