As our Customer Service Chat Jobs – Food Delivery & On-Demand Logistics | No Experience Needed, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Twilio Flex, LivePerson, and internal courier dispatch dashboards). Typical conversation flows involve communicating with drivers and customers to resolve address delivery clarifications, as well as authorizing quick refunds or redeliveries for damaged or missing food items. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Twilio Flex, LivePerson, and internal courier dispatch dashboards.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Address common account and service questions, including authorizing quick refunds or redeliveries for damaged or missing food items.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.

• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.

Compensation Package & Shifts

Your hourly rate of $25.00 - $32.00 / hr is locked in from day one, including every hour of classroom training and live shadowing. We also offer performance bonuses, paid digital wellness days, and rapid advancement opportunities.
