As our Remote Live Chat Jobs – Part-Time Core Schedule ($$28-$36/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Zendesk Enterprise, SecureVault Chat, and Jira Service Management). Typical conversation flows involve helping account holders verify pending card transactions and international transfers, as well as assisting users with virtual card issuance, PIN resets, and digital wallet syncing. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Zendesk Enterprise, SecureVault Chat, and Jira Service Management.
• Assist clients accurately with helping account holders verify pending card transactions and international transfers.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Carefully review customer details and providing step-by-step guidance on direct deposit setup and balance transfers.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with virtual card issuance, PIN resets, and digital wallet syncing.

Candidate Profile & Skills

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.

Compensation Package & Shifts
