As our Online Live Chat Jobs Remote – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$26-$34/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as processing simple returns, store credits, and exchange requests via live chat.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.

What You Need to Succeed

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

Salary, Hours & Benefits

At OmniStore Global, we are committed to providing top-of-market hourly wages alongside sustainable work-life balance. Your compensation starts at $26.50 - $34.00 / hr with guaranteed weekly direct deposit every Friday morning.

• Equipment stipend or peripheral hardware subsidy after 60 days of continuous service.
• Annual performance bonuses and milestone pay increases based on attendance and customer satisfaction scores.
• Guaranteed base pay of $26.50 - $34.00 / hr with weekly direct deposit every Friday.
• Scheduled hours: Nightly 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM EST (Includes +$3/hr Night Differential) with opportunities for voluntary overtime during peak volumes.
