As our Live Chat Jobs Remote – EdTech & Online Learning | No Experience Needed, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect). Typical conversation flows involve helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks, as well as scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Carefully review customer details and resolving video lecture playback issues and certificate download requests.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Assist clients accurately with helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
