As our Home Services & Contractor Dispatch Coordinator – Live Chat Jobs Remote | Beginners Welcome, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web.
• Carefully review customer details and following up with homeowners after project completion to record service ratings.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.

Candidate Profile & Skills

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.

Compensation, Schedule & Perks
