As our Live Chat Jobs – Flexible Hours | No Degree Required, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub). Typical conversation flows involve guiding new users through account setup, password resets, and workspace invites, as well as troubleshooting basic browser extension sync issues and desktop app settings. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Address common account and service questions, including troubleshooting basic browser extension sync issues and desktop app settings.

What You Need to Succeed

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.
