Typical conversation flows involve helping account holders verify pending card transactions and international transfers, as well as assisting users with virtual card issuance, PIN resets, and digital wallet syncing. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with virtual card issuance, PIN resets, and digital wallet syncing.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Carefully review customer details and providing step-by-step guidance on direct deposit setup and balance transfers.
• Assist clients accurately with helping account holders verify pending card transactions and international transfers.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.

Requirements & Technical Equipment

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.

Compensation Package & Shifts

We believe in treating remote team members with the highest respect. You will earn a competitive $26.50 - $34.00 / hr, accompanied by paid training hours, reliable weekly pay, and generous performance incentives.

• Scheduled hours: Monday – Friday (Choose 7 AM–3 PM or 9 AM–5 PM EST) with opportunities for voluntary overtime during peak volumes.
• Guaranteed base pay of $26.50 - $34.00 / hr with weekly direct deposit every Friday.
