As our Live Chat Support Jobs – Flexible Hours | No Degree Required, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.

What You Need to Succeed

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.

Pay Rates & Company Perks

Your hourly rate of $30.00 - $38.50 / hr is locked in from day one, including every hour of classroom training and live shadowing. We also offer performance bonuses, paid digital wellness days, and rapid advancement opportunities.
