Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Daily Workflows & Responsibilities

• Address common account and service questions, including assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts.
• Carefully review customer details and answering pre-purchase inquiries regarding inventory availability and seasonal discounts.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.

What You Need to Succeed

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.

Salary, Hours & Benefits
