As our Online Chat Agents Jobs – E-Commerce & Digital Retail | No Experience Needed, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Assist clients accurately with helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates.

Candidate Profile & Skills

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.
