As our Cloud Software & SaaS Representative – Online Chat Agents Jobs | Beginners Welcome, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub). Typical conversation flows involve guiding new users through account setup, password resets, and workspace invites, as well as troubleshooting basic browser extension sync issues and desktop app settings. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Assist clients accurately with guiding new users through account setup, password resets, and workspace invites.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.

Candidate Profile & Skills

Compensation, Schedule & Perks
