Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions.
• Carefully review customer details and following up with homeowners after project completion to record service ratings.
• Assist clients accurately with intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.

Candidate Profile & Skills

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
