As our Online Chat Jobs Work From Home for GlobalLearn Network – Remote Support Role, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect). Typical conversation flows involve helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks, as well as scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Assist clients accurately with helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks.

Requirements & Technical Equipment

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.

• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
