As our Online Online Chat Support Jobs – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$25-$35/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Assist clients accurately with helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as processing simple returns, store credits, and exchange requests via live chat.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup
