As our Online Chat Support Jobs – Flexible Hours | No Degree Required, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (HIPAA-compliant web messaging, Salesforce Health Cloud, and Twilio Chat). Typical conversation flows involve guiding patients through secure video appointment check-ins and intake questionnaires, as well as confirming prescription delivery addresses and pharmacy dispatch notifications. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Core Daily Duties

• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Carefully review customer details and routing urgent medical inquiries immediately to licensed on-call triage nurses.
• Address common account and service questions, including confirming prescription delivery addresses and pharmacy dispatch notifications.
• Utilize pre-approved response macros while adding a personalized, empathetic touch to each conversation.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as answering non-clinical patient inquiries regarding provider availability and telehealth coverage.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.

Compensation Package & Shifts

At PureLife Wellness, we are committed to providing top-of-market hourly wages alongside sustainable work-life balance. Your compensation starts at $25.00 - $32.00 / hr with guaranteed weekly direct deposit every Friday morning.

• Scheduled hours: Nightly 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM EST (Includes +$3/hr Night Differential) with opportunities for voluntary overtime during peak volumes.
