As our Online Online Chat Support Jobs – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$30-$38/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Intercom, Slack Enterprise, and HubSpot Service Hub). Typical conversation flows involve guiding new users through account setup, password resets, and workspace invites, as well as troubleshooting basic browser extension sync issues and desktop app settings. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Assist clients accurately with guiding new users through account setup, password resets, and workspace invites.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as answering subscriber questions about subscription tiers, seat licensing, and invoice billing.
• Address common account and service questions, including troubleshooting basic browser extension sync issues and desktop app settings.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.

What You Need to Succeed
