As our Home Services & Contractor Dispatch Operator – Online Chat Support Jobs | Beginners Welcome, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web). Typical conversation flows involve intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments, as well as messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Assist clients accurately with intaking customer requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing appointments.
• Address common account and service questions, including messaging technicians with work order details, gate codes, and homeowner instructions.
• Carefully review customer details and following up with homeowners after project completion to record service ratings.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using ServiceTitan Chat, Podium, and Intercom Web.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.

Applicant Qualifications & Home Setup

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with low latency.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Comfortable navigating dual-monitor setups or toggling between multiple browser windows.

Compensation Package & Shifts

Your hourly rate of $25.00 - $35.00 / hr is locked in from day one, including every hour of classroom training and live shadowing. We also offer performance bonuses, paid digital wellness days, and rapid advancement opportunities.
