As our Online Online Chatting Jobs From Home – Immediate Remote Hiring ($$25-$32/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect). Typical conversation flows involve helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks, as well as scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful tone across every messaging interaction.
• Engage with incoming customer inquiries via real-time text chat using Canvas LMS Chat, Zendesk Support, and Zoom Chat Connect.
• Address common account and service questions, including scheduling 1-on-1 virtual mentoring sessions and grading review appointments.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.
• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Assist clients accurately with helping students access course modules, lecture recordings, and digital textbooks.

What You Need to Succeed

No college degree or previous call center background is necessary. What we value most is a positive attitude, clear written English grammar, and a commitment to helping our community members have a stellar experience.

• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.
• Willingness to learn proprietary chat platforms with an open, coachable attitude.

At SkillUp Interactive, we are committed to providing top-of-market hourly wages alongside sustainable work-life balance. Your compensation starts at $25.00 - $32.00 / hr with guaranteed weekly direct deposit every Friday morning.
