As our Remote Remote Chat Jobs – Evening Twilight Shift ($$29-$37/hr), you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Shopify Inbox, Gorgias, and Zendesk Chat). Typical conversation flows involve helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates, as well as assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Assist clients accurately with helping customers track pending shipments and expected delivery dates.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting shoppers with sizing guides, product recommendations, and cart checkouts.
• Process standard transactions and requests such as processing simple returns, store credits, and exchange requests via live chat.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.

What You Need to Succeed

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• Strong active listening skills and the patience to de-escalate occasional frustrated customers.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
