As our Remote Chat Jobs – Flexible Hours | No Degree Required, you will handle inbound questions through our centralized chat interface (Zendesk Enterprise, SecureVault Chat, and Jira Service Management). Typical conversation flows involve helping account holders verify pending card transactions and international transfers, as well as assisting users with virtual card issuance, PIN resets, and digital wallet syncing. Because we prioritize customer clarity and speed, you will be equipped with customized shortcut macros, comprehensive internal knowledge bases, and direct access to team supervisors whenever questions require escalation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Monitor multiple simultaneous chat windows efficiently while maintaining high response quality.
• Address common account and service questions, including assisting users with virtual card issuance, PIN resets, and digital wallet syncing.
• De-escalate challenging customer inquiries by providing clear, constructive next steps and prompt resolutions.
• Assist clients accurately with helping account holders verify pending card transactions and international transfers.
• Accurately document customer notes and conversation outcomes in our centralized CRM portal.
• Collaborate with remote team peers via internal Slack channels to share best practices and updates.

Requirements & Technical Equipment

This position is specifically structured to be beginner-friendly. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, no prior experience or college degree is required to be considered. We provide all the specialized software training and mentorship you need to succeed.

• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup conducive to productive text messaging.
• Basic familiarity with web browsers, copy-paste shortcuts, and general online research.
• Ability to type at least 35 to 45 words per minute with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer running modern Windows 10/11 or macOS (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
• Self-disciplined work ethic and the ability to maintain focus throughout scheduled remote shifts.
